Interim Finance Director at UTIMACO Group GmbH

During the assignment several improvements have been implemented in Utimaco's finance department.


These include the global introduction of cash discounts and interest on overdue receivables, as well as an automated dunning system. Transparent, up-to-date overviews of outstanding receivables and an ABC supplier ranking system were established.


The corporate financial statement and corresponding audit were successfully completed.


Additionally, error detection processes were optimized, and the first global debt collection service was engaged. Nearing completion are global factoring partnerships, AI for predicting customer payment behavior, and the introduction of customer credit card payment options for B2B.

Successful takeover: m3connect acquires Tascan Systems GmbH

As a moderator, I had the pleasure of accompanying the sale of Tascan Systems GmbH and I am pleased to announce the successful takeover by m3connect. The negotiations were demanding, but the transaction was successfully completed. Tascan Systems will now be seamlessly integrated into the corporate structure of m3connect integrated, which means an expanded range of tailor-made solutions for their customers.


I am particularly pleased about the enormous potential that future collaboration can open up for both sides.

After a corporate takeover, one of the main synergies is the joint appearance of the companies in each country represented. The mergers of the respective national companies are often a core aspect.
